Welcome!
We are the O’Briens and we are so glad you are here!
My name is Victoria. I’m a wife and boy mama who’s a major night owl, Disney lover, and living the life I always prayed for.
I’m here to share all the ins and outs of how we run our household such as homemaking, money saving, parenting, organization, and much more.
About us
Growing up, my dream was to be a stay-at-home mom and wife. My mom joked I was only going to college for my “Mrs. Degree,” but at the time I was going with my backup plan of being a school teacher; not the best idea for someone who hates waking up early.
I went to two different universities in two different states before meeting my husband, John at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks near both of our hometowns. I knew from the beginning of our relationship that I had found “the one” and wanted to spend my life with him.
We got engaged the Christmas after graduating and married a year and a half after that. Nine months later we welcomed our first baby boy into the world. And then year and a half after that, we welcomed baby boy number two.
We are still learning ourselves with only six years together and three years of marriage under our belt. Along with only being parents for two and a half years. But, we have still established routines, tips, and tricks that have worked for us thus far which we’d like to share! Take it or leave it because we know every family and home is different and what works for us may not work for everyone!
Find something for you!
